Préconisation d'emploi

    Recommended dosage: 0.2 - 2%.
      • Dissolve Guar in cold water with a whisk or mixer

      • Leave to stand for at least 30 minutes to an hour, shaking regularly to allow optimal hydration.

      • It is also possible to gradually incorporate Guar into the liquid preparation while heating

    • At medium to high dosages, the viscosity of the Guar preparation becomes so high that the air bubbles incorporated during processing are trapped. It is then possible to use a cooker or vacuum sealer to release them
