PASSION FRUIT CRÉMEUX
  • 500 g - PONTHIER 100% passion fruit puree
  • 500 g - PONTHIER 100% mango puree
  • 200 g - Caster sugar
  • 85 g - ColdTex+ INGREDIUM
  • 1.

    Mix caster sugar and ColdTex+.
    Add the fruit purees and whisk briskly for a few minutes to obtain an easy to poach texture.

    The dosage should be adjusted according to the fruit used and the desired result.
