1 Natur Lin, 200 g. This thickening and stabilizing agent is made from linseed vegetable fiber. It can replace gums (e.g. Xanthan). With its strong capacity to stabilize aerating, it works in synergy with Natur Air to reinforce the stability of the aerated system. It stabilizes frozen products and minimises syneresis. In combination with Natur Agrum, it helps texturize and stabilize ice cream and sorbet in an optimal way, with no aftertaste.
